Once again - "Amazing". Thrilled by you + your staff at Jess and Andis' wedding. We had so many compliments about the meal, especially the rack of Welsh lamb - guests raved about it!!

Starter: Caramelised onion and goats cheese shortcrust pastry tartlet with dressed salad leaves, dots of balsamic, chive and cracked pepper garnish.

3# Salmon and dill quiche (no cheese) and garnish

White, granary and whole meal bread rolls and Welsh butter

Main course:
All plated 3# racks of Welsh lamb on mashed potato, with red wine jus in mini jugs and fresh green beans. No red currant jelly and mint sauce
4 vegetarian Sesame Halloumi filo parcels with sweet potato tahini mash.

Pudding: Heart shaped gooey chocolate brownie with strawberries dipped in chocolate and squiggle of chocolate and dusting of icing sugar garnish, and jugs of double pouring cream.
