The meal you provided was outstanding, we all absolutely enjoyed every mouthful. I am pleased with the menu we selected. Both David and Seren were very good at their jobs and looked after us beautifully. If we ever need catering services in the area again we will be back.

On the menu for Starter was: Leek and Caerphilly filo tartlets with dressed mixed leaf salad garnish

Main course: Welsh Ox cheeks marinated in stout, thyme and garlic, served with pomme dauphinois, carrot and green beans bundles.

Puddings Lemon tart and individual trifles in glass tumblers

First wedding of the year was at Penpont. For canapes: Gyoza (vegetarian dumplings filled with shitake mushrooms, water chestnut/bamboo and green cabbage) with spicy dipping sauce as well as Prawn Dim Sum, Vegetable Wontons, Peking Duck with Kumquat maramalade on crostini and Mini fish finger sandwiches

Followed by Pork sausages from the Welsh Venison Centre, with onion gravy, on Welsh Colcannon. Peas and carrots on the side.
