Salmon encroute with spinach. Plated with pomme dauphinois, Crème fraiche and dill.
Pork tenderloin stuffed with spinach and pork sausage meat, sliced and plated with pomme dauphinois, red wine jus and flat parsley garnish.
Served with seasonal fresh vegetables in dishes on the tables for guests to help themselves.
