Very many thanks for yesterday. Everyone thought the food was brilliant and your staff were lovely.

Very thin crostini with rare roast Welsh fillet of beef and salsa verde
Avocado and mango salad with smoked chicken in mini filo baskets

Chèvre tartlets with red onion and walnuts.
Grilled halloumi, red pepper, aubergine, onion, mushroom and courgette (V)

Asparagus wrapped in smoked salmon with lump fish roe garnish
King prawns wrapped in mange tout with lime mayonnaise dip.

Thank you - everything was perfect and I have not needed to cook for the past few days thanks to the goodies you brought over, so thank you again - we shall have to think up another celebration so as to use your services again.

Champagne, sparkling Elderflower and canapes:

Piggy sticks and apple dipping sauce
Mini Yorkshire puddings with rare Welsh fillet of beef and horseradish, chopped pepper garnish.
Sausage and mash stacks with English mustard and chive garnish
Little wee caramelised onion and goats cheese tartlets

Starter
Black Mountains smoked trout mousse terrine (without horseradish) wrapped in smoked salmon, plated with Melba toast, peashoot and herb oil garnish.

French bread and butter.

Main course
Canon of Welsh lamb wrapped in Carmarthen ham and Perl Las cheese, plated with pomme dauphinois, GLUTEN FREE red wine gravy and rosemary garnish.

Served with Savoy cabbage, pancetta and carrots and Steamed Leeks, in dishes on tables for guests to help themselves.

Amoretti chocolate truffle torte with winter berry compote, mint sprig and raspberry coulis garnish
