Dear Charlotte, Just a note to thank you and your team for all your efforts yesterday which were a major contribution to the success of the day - please pass on our appreciation to everyone involved. We really enjoyed ourselves and will have many happy memories to look back on. We were most impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the team and have had many compliments about the food (which we guess will be nothing unusual for you). You have been a great help to us throughout the planning of the lunch and it always been a pleasure whenever we have needed to consult you. We will have no hesitation is recommending you to friends. 15# Smoked mackerel and horseradish terrine with salad garnish and Melba toast, plated.
25# Caramelised onion, feta and walnut filo tartlets with salad garnish
14# Pork and pistachio terrine with salad garnish and Melba toast (including 1 portion Gluten free).

Main courses:
11# Salmon encroute with spinach. Crème fraiche and dill.
36# (35adults and 2 children) Plain medium pink not bloody or rare roast fillet of Welsh beef, with Gluten free red wine jus and flat parsley garnish plated with pomme dauphinois and seasonal fresh vegetables in dishes on the tables for guests to help themselves.
7# Pork tenderloin medallions with Gluten free red wine jus and flat parsley garnish plated with pomme dauphinois and seasonal fresh vegetables in dishes on the tables for guests to help themselves.

Puddings:
8# Pears poached in red wine with raspberry coulis. Gluten free for Marlene and Ralph.
36# Lemon tart with raspberry coulis, fresh raspberries, crème fraiche and sprig of mint
11# Chocolate terrine with summer berry compote, raspberry coulis garnish and sprig of mint.
