Main course. Everything they wanted on a buffet station, but didn’t have the room for stations, so we served in dishes on tables for guests to help themselves. That way if they want more they can!
Cold home cooked ham with grainy mustard, Demerara sugar and cinnamon glaze.
Medium rare roast topside of Welsh beef with horseradish, English and whole grain mustards
Salmon supremes with dill mayonnaise
Chicken and tarragon Scotch eggs, PLUS a few Chick pea and red pepper.
Red and white cabbage coleslaw
Dressed mixed leaf salad
Hot new potatoes with parsley butter
Breads, olive oil and balsamic. Butter.
