Asparagus wrapped in Black Mountains smoked salmon (GF) Bride is a Coeliac on wooden board
Bocconcini, basil and cherry tomato (GF) on wooden board (2# halves of tomato and bocconcini)

Your Announced Entrance.

Fresh glass of champagne served in reverse, serving MC last thus indicating we’re ready for Father of the Brides speech.

On tables for guests to help themselves.
Olives in ramekin, Focaccia, olive oil and balsamic in ramekin, on wooden board.
Jugs of tap water with lemon, basil and strawberries in.

Starter plated: Side plate of Parma ham with dessert fork.
Rocket, spinach, petit pois and Pecorino SHAVINGS with lemon dressing drizzled on plate and on salad with pretty flowers.

Bread boards off when starter is cleared.

PLATED Main course:
TWO slices Porchetta pork loin with belly on (SLICED THINLY) with rosemary, flat parsley and sage (NO garlic)
“Bunch” sage, flat parsley, rosemary garnish with a flower
Peperonata sauce (light on the onions and garlic, few capers) in beige bowl with teaspoon
Seasonal fresh summer bean salad: French bean, broad bean, runner beans with parsley dressing.
Italian style roast potatoes with olive oil and MORE rosemary (NO garlic)

Pescatarian option: Salmon supreme x 7.

AFTER main course is cleared (including side plates), Champagne glasses topped up ready for Groom and Best Man’s speeches serving Best Man last, thus indicating we’re ready!

19.00hrs Dessert: All to be served on sharing wooden boards
Amaretti Chocolate truffle torte cut in squares
Mini pannacotta in shot glasses with berry coulis (on the top)
Mixed berries – blueberries and raspberries with mint in a Kilner jar with dessert spoon
Clotted cream in ramekin and teaspoon.

Remove Top Tables for Cheese and Pasta stations.
19.30hrs Selection of Welsh cheeses, biscuits, grapes and butter on buffet station for 100 covers.

20.00hrs Cutting of Wedding cake – provided by you on buffet station.
